I contributed to the redesign of the ThenX mobile app. Collaborating closely with the team responsible for the product, I gained a deep understanding of the issues and obstacles that users were encountering. Following a strategic planning session, we formulated a four-week plan to completely overhaul the app. We reimagined the onboarding process, paywalls, user navigation within the app, and most importantly, improved the system for users to find the most suitable and optimized workouts based on their preferences.
