Webdesly Concierge — Digital Concierge

Webdesly Concierge — Digital Concierge
Designed and shipped a dual-surface concierge product: guests request dining, spa, driver, yacht, and more; staff runs New → In progress → Done from a quiet inbox.
Challenge: Guests need a calm Your Stay hub; staff needs one inbox — not WhatsApp chaos or IT-ticket UX: two audiences, one luxury brand.
What I built: Next.js app — guest
/stay/[token] (categories + requests, no login), staff Auth + Inbox + Stays + Settings. Own Neon; Villa Aurora demo.Outcome: Live at https://webdesly-concierge.vercel.app · guest demo
/stay/villa-aurora-demo.Skills: Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Drizzle, Auth, Dual-surface UX, B2B SaaS
