One-liner: Designed and shipped a luxury CRM MVP around Client 360° — LTV, preferences, wishlist, advisor, and next actions — not another generic pipeline tool.
Challenge: Maisons need VIP as a relationship + portfolio (purchases, LTV, sizes, wishlist, birthday, advisor, next gesture). Generic CRMs optimize stages; maisons optimize taste, timing, and trust.
What I built: Next.js app on Neon + Auth — Maison Demo, Today, Clients, Client 360 hero, Opportunities pipeline, Settings/plan stub—seeded VIP roster; org-scoped multi-tenant.
Outcome: Live at https://webdesly-atelier.vercel.app · clear positioning · flagship of the Luxury suite.
