Led cross-functional collaboration with three squads and stakeholders to validate (qualitative and quantitative research), design, build and launch a feature enabling users to easily locate the most affordable fuel nearby (discovered increasing cost of living a primary member pain point) >> Resulting in positive user feedback and fuel search growth of 1,332% comparing launch to week three analytics
Redesigned app and introduced new components ie hero feature with informational / call to action cards >> Boosted visibility of two high value product / service areas and access to respective booking journeys – both of which targeted for growth through strategic planning
Revitalised app’s market presence through a comprehensive relaunch campaign, leading product activities and partnering with teams to execute internal and external marketing initiatives >> Generated a 65% boost in weekly active users
Digitised breakdown cover renewal process (web) and optimised the flow by resolving payment use case errors >> Brought in £100k revenue in first month and saw 250% growth come month four. Reduced payment errors from 26% to 0.5% and conversion rate improved
