LUMI Pilates A cinematic, dark-mode landing page for a boutique Pilates studio

LUMI started from a reference and turned into something moodier. Once the studio direction came together — low light, matte-black equipment — the original warm-cream idea stopped working, so I pivoted the whole theme dark: a near-black base (#0B0D0F) with a single powder-blue accent (#8FC4D2) pulled from a Pilates ball in the shot. Gold appears in exactly one place — the rating.

I explored the layout and wireframes in Figma, set Fraunces for display and DM Sans for the interface, and staged the hero to reveal its headline line by line: "Sculpt strength. Find balance. Feel like you."

The reformer footage was generated in Kling and Runway, the imagery prepped in ChatGPT, and the final site built in Framer with Claude alongside for the trickier layout and interaction calls — sticky nav, class carousel, booking flow, and a Member Stories section, all keyboard-accessible and reduced-motion aware.
