HeadCount has always served as a major partner to National Voter Registration Day [NVRD]. As an organization focused on tapping the influence of celebrities, we pivoted our NVRD programming to ensure consistent & wide artist engagement. The ‘Signs of the Times’ program [as we originally dubbed it], continues to be a key marketing tool for HeadCount’s registration & turnout efforts. 
In its first year, more than 250 musicians & entertainers like Alicia Keys, Panic! at the Disco, Linkin Park, and the cast of the Daily Show posted a prompt to register to vote across their social media platforms. On NVRD and the days following, these posts generated more than 800K likes & registered more than 20K citizens to vote.
