The Challenge

M&M needed a website that clearly reflected their position as a trusted provider of bespoke blinds, curtains, and shutters across the UK. The previous site lacked cohesion, had limited product storytelling, and wasn’t driving enough inquiries—especially from commercial and BTR (Build-to-Rent) clients.
They wanted a site that:
Showcased their full product range in an easy-to-browse format
Communicated quality, trust, and professionalism
Made it simple for users to request quotes and book consultations
Reflected their local presence while appealing to national clients

Our Approach

We redesigned the website with clear goals: simplify navigation, elevate the brand, and turn visitors into leads. Here’s what we did:
Refined Site Architecture
We grouped blinds, curtains, and shutters into intuitive categories with visuals for each. Each product type got its own showcase page.
Prioritized Conversions
CTAs like Request Free Quote and Book a Consultation were made prominent across the site. A how-it-works section guides users step-by-step.
Built Trust Through Social Proof
TrustPilot ratings, client testimonials, and case study features were highlighted to build confidence.
Tailored for BTR and Commercial Projects
We introduced dedicated sections highlighting their experience working on large-scale properties, like over 100 blackout curtains installed in apartments.
Visual-First Design:
The website now features full-width imagery of real installations, texture-focused product photography, and soft tones that match the brand’s premium feel.
