Solution: Developed a solution by analysing the survey data and breaking down into multiple clusters to that it becomes easy to understand for end users. This solution has a chatbot which is powered by GenAI (OpenAI LLM model) integrated in it to analyse customer reviews. GenAI not only allows you to do sentiment analysis but you can also do attribution tagging (like you can extract information about what all brands people mentioned in reviews/ what all products people mentioned in the reviews and many more)
