Spent the last few months thinking about newsletter monetization. Writers are creating amazing content but struggling to monetize. Sponsors want to reach engaged audiences, but the process is messy - DMs, email chains, spreadsheets everywhere. So I'm building Adsloty - a self-service marketplace connecting newsletter creators with sponsors. No middlemen. No agencies taking 30%+ cuts. Just direct connections. I am starting with the basics: authentication, profiles, and a simple dashboard. It’s not fancy yet, but it's a beginning. My goal is to make it very easy for sponsors to find the right newsletter and book an ad slot in under 5 minutes. Building in public. Let's see where this goes
