Challenge:
Client was looking to accelerate their client acquisition through paid media. The challenge was to strengthen the lead flow and to improve qualification rate.
I was also asked to get incremental leads beyond the traditional cannabis industry. The focus companies were US based small and mid-sized businesses with strong requirements for payroll solutions.
Solution:
In order to better understand the audience, I looked into various data sources and historical performance. On the basis of the insights, I devised a full funnel strategy and aimed to balance both qualitative and quantitative perspectives throughout this process.
I proposed integrated solutions to the table, considering both the top and bottom of the funnel. Using the hyper-targeting to fuel digital advertising, quality leads were driven through bottom funnel audience targeting, consistent conversion rate optimization and more. With the completion of each stage, I also looked into the opportunity to optimize further.
