Launched a redesign of a ride hailing app, Kapten, which was Uber's main competitor in France at the time with several million users.
I was Product Manager of a squad consisting of around 6 mobile developers, and had various stakeholders including design, tech, marketing, customer support.
The redesign included most screens from app open to the end of the ride, and was shipped progressively through the course of a year of A/B testing.
There was a noticeable business and user satisfaction impact.
Kapten was then acquired by Mercedes and rebranded as FREE NOW.
