I began by researching keywords and phrases that first-time homebuyers were searching for when looking for properties. I then crafted ad copy that highlighted the realtor's expertise in helping first-time homebuyers find their dream homes.

Next, I used advanced targeting techniques to ensure that the ads were seen by the right people at the right time. This included geographic targeting to reach people in areas with a high number of first-time homebuyers and demographic targeting to reach people who were likely to be in the market for their first home.

Once the campaign was up and running, I continuously monitored and optimized it to ensure that it was performing at its best. This included adjusting bids, testing different ad copy, and experimenting with different targeting strategies.
