Health Information Network Shared Services

Objective:

The objective of this project is to develop a data management system for a health network. The system will maintain records of healthcare portal members and associates, including organizations and providers. The project will implement priority algorithms to determine the organization and provider data sources and populate the corresponding data.

Scope of Work:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the data management needs of the health network.

Identify and resolve data quality issues through validation rules, data cleansing techniques, and data enrichment processes.

Data Reporting and Analytics:

Develop reporting and analytics capabilities to provide insights into the health network's data, including member statistics, organization performance, provider utilization, and other relevant metrics.

Implement dashboards and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Security and Access Control:
