Framer University is the most visited website for learning how to create websites using Framer. With over 350 high-quality resources, it has attracted more than 32,000 followers on Twitter and over 30,000 subscribers on YouTube. Many people visit Framer University daily to find great resources and helpful tutorials.

As the number of resources grows, Nandi from Framer University wanted to create a custom CMS filter to make it easier and faster to find specific lessons, components, and animations from the large collection. Since Framer didn’t support this feature by default, I built a custom solution from scratch using code overrides and code components.

The advanced CMS filter that I created, includes a search feature, a count of items, a reset option, and flexible category & tag filters. This custom solution significantly improves the user experience and makes Framer University more enjoyable and easier to use.
