I worked with the internal Marketing team and external IT partner to deliver a range of enhancements to drive product sales.
Analysing a range of data, I identified bugs at various touch points, and worked with the IT provider to drive these to resolution.

Checkout improvement

For instance, I observed an issue in the checkout process where there were occasions that users were not clearly shown that they needed to log in, due to a scripting bug which wasn't returning customers to the top of the page when required.
As a part of the bug resolution, I also recommended a fix to align the error design with the common page styling.

Breadcrumb enhancement

To both improve the usability and improve the styling, I made a number of recommendations to tidy up the single product page navigation and breadcrumb design.
I also worked with the FoH team to determine opportunities and deliver improvements to improve digital adoption.

Using Figma, I developed UX/UI guidance to support the IT implementation for a key marketing initiative.

Results

Through progressive improvements and by working closely with a range of team members, we were able to shift the sales. We steadily increased the sales month on month during the few months that I worked on this project.
