Chem-Impex, a B2B chemical supplier, was acquiring customers but struggling with retention. Their email marketing consisted only of promotional campaigns with zero strategic automation.
My Approach:
I identified the gap: everything after first purchase was being ignored. I mapped out 5 essential flows covering the complete customer lifecycle—welcome, post-purchase, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, and replenishment reminders.
