Streetwear Tech Pack & Garment Spec Sheet — Sacred Covenant Vintage Oversized Tee
Developed a comprehensive, factory-ready technical spec sheet package for streetwear brand Sacred Covenant (Drop 001 - LAMB). The deliverable was tailored for direct cut-and-sew and screen printing manufacturing.
Key Technical Scope
Garment Architecture: Heavyweight Oversized Tee (260–280 GSM, 100% Cotton) in a vintage washed black treatment with drop-shoulder fit.
Graphic Placement & Dimensions: Exact technical scale callouts for front chest branding (9 cm × 7.4 cm) and full back graphic (40 cm × 73.2 cm).
Color Standardization: Precise hex/Pantone print callouts (Stone #E6E2D8 and Blood Red #7B0F0F) calibrated for screen printing / DTG.
Custom Trims & Branding Package:
Woven Neck Label spec (55 mm × 56 mm) with standard size grading.
Side/Hem Label spec (22 mm × 40 mm) with stitch fold lines.
Custom retail Hang Tag design (Front & Back) with barcode & SKU metadata layout
