When the SnapLink team approached us, they were building a platform to help modern marketers get more out of every link through smarter tracking, dynamic QR codes, and personalized short URLs. The challenge? Balancing a wide range of tools like AI analytics, smart domain controls, and time-based targeting within a clean, unified interface that didn’t feel overwhelming or “too technical.”

We kicked off the collaboration with a strategy session to understand their product’s value proposition and key user flows. From there, we mapped out the user experience with wireframes, prioritizing simplicity and clarity across both mobile and desktop screens. We then incorporated microinteractions and intuitive layouts to enhance usability. Each module from custom QR generation to seamless data takeout was designed with marketers in mind: quick access, minimal friction, maximum impact.

One of the trickiest parts of this project was designing for a diverse user base from solo marketers to large marketing teams without cluttering the experience. We had to consider how to make “next-level” tools like hidden URLs, smart device targeting, and API-based workflows feel approachable.

The final product was a flexible, intuitive interface that amplified SnapLink’s brand as a strategic tool for marketers not just a link shortener. With glowing feedback from their internal team and testers, the design now supports a more seamless user journey from generating a personalized link to tracking advanced analytics.
