Problem & Solution 🤝
The client wanted a simple and straightforward design, that helps users digest the information better than the current design.
Goals/Requirements: We had a few goals to tackle from the user experience point of view and the interface
• Making the design accessible
• A more clean design
• Displaying all the important information first
Process 🛣
After the user research, I learned that the users were not happy with how the information was displayed, most of them had trouble finding the information and some find also the design very outdated and not friendly for mobile devices.

I learned that while the design is crucial for a good product, understanding the pain points of your users is a must in order to deliver a successful product.
