In this project, I worked on designing the interface for a platform that provides consultations and support for immigrants. My goal was to simplify the process of finding information, booking consultations, and accessing personalized resources as much as possible.
Design Approach and Solution
We created a unified platform with easy access to all necessary services. Users can easily register, find information about upcoming events and educational materials, and schedule additional meetings with consultants. The design of the platform ensures convenient use for clients, consultants, and administrators alike.
Skills and Results
Design: Using Figma, I developed an intuitive interface that meets the needs of all users.
Research: We studied how users interact with similar platforms to make ours as user-friendly as possible.
Interaction: I ensured easy communication between users and consultants through the platform.
The project improved the user experience on the platform, making the integration process for immigrants more comfortable and less stressful.
