Conectimed serves as a trusted source for medical articles, providing a compilation of valuable insights and expertise curated by a team of experts in the field. However, their existing website design and user experience have posed significant obstacles in attracting and retaining visitors.



Problem statement



Conectimed faced several critical problems with its website that necessitated immediate attention. The main issue was the site's outdated design, coupled with a poor user experience. These factors made it challenging for users, primarily consisting of doctors and health specialists, to navigate the platform and access the desired information efficiently. As a result, users were leaving the site quickly, resulting in a high bounce rate and diminished engagement metrics.

The challenges

Decreased traffic: The existing design and user experience issues contributed to a noticeable decline in site traffic. The platform was struggling to attract new visitors and retain existing ones, posing a significant obstacle to growth and impact.
