App Design: Optimizing Invoicing with Facturaclic

Facturaclic, a mobile invoicing platform, aimed to simplify and automate the process of generating and managing invoices. Building upon the existing web version, the goal was to design a mobile application from scratch to enable users to efficiently generate and manage invoices while ensuring compliance with the tax obligations set by the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT).

Challenges:

Manual and Time-Consuming Process: Users faced the challenge of manually generating and managing invoices, requiring significant time and effort.

Compliance Obligations: Meeting the requirements and regulations set by SAT regarding invoice generation and tax obligations posed a challenge for users.

Lack of Mobility: The absence of a mobile application limited users' flexibility and accessibility in managing their invoices on-the-go.

Solution:

Mobile Application Design: A mobile application was designed from scratch, based on the existing web version, to allow users to conveniently generate and manage invoices from their mobile devices.

Mass Invoicing Functionality: The application incorporated features for mass invoice generation, enabling users to process large volumes of invoices simultaneously, saving time and effort.

SAT Compliance Integration: The mobile application was integrated with SAT compliance rules and regulations, ensuring that the generated invoices adhered to legal requirements.

Reminders and Notifications: Automated reminders and notifications were implemented to keep users informed about important SAT obligations and deadlines.
