Overview

The stakeholder is a business owner that produces and retails spices nation-wide.

Problem Statement

The old website was not converting, hence it was taken down.

Solution

After conducting research through surveys and interviews, I discovered that users wanted more than just intel, they wanted a means to order spices online.
So I re-designed the website and made it a web-first design that is also mobile responsive.
The new website showcases the company's products, shows information about the company, and also features an ordering system that allow users to purchase products with ease.

Expected Impact

The redesigned Ikhova Foods website is set to drive key improvements:
*Improved User Experience: Simplified navigation, clearer product categories, and effective CTAs will make the site more intuitive, helping users find and purchase products faster.
*Higher Conversions: With better product visibility, clearer CTAs, and a seamless checkout process, the site is expected to increase sales and reduce cart abandonment.
*Mobile Optimization: The mobile-optimized design ensures a smooth experience for users on smartphones, capturing more mobile shoppers and improving engagement.
