Orca Solutions — Studio & Agentic Operations

Building a software studio

I built Orca Solutions from the ground up as an independent software studio, using AI agents to help create both its products and the business infrastructure behind them. My work includes designing how the studio plans, organizes and carries work forward: the roles, workflows, shared records and decision processes that connect ideas to delivery.

Agent-supported business operations

I designed a coordinated set of agent roles across business planning, operations, marketing, creative work, software development, documentation, security review and delivery. Each role has a defined scope and a place in the wider business. Shared project records connect priorities, decisions, dependencies and next actions so work can continue across projects and sessions.
The management infrastructure combines agent workflows with durable operating guides, project documentation, handoffs and review checkpoints. I designed how responsibility moves between roles, how completed work is distinguished from proposals, and which decisions require my approval. That structure lets me delegate substantial work while staying accountable for the direction and outcome.

Products and delivery

The studio’s software provides practical evidence of that approach: developer tools, personal applications and custom workflows with their own interfaces, data models and delivery requirements. Building them has meant translating real needs into scoped work, coordinating implementation and review, and maintaining the documentation needed to carry each product forward.

Applying the method to consulting

Orca Solutions is also where I apply and refine the methods behind my AI business consulting. I have built agent-supported operations for my own business, working through the practical questions of context, continuity, delegation and human oversight. That experience informs how I help others identify useful applications for AI and design workflows around the way their business actually operates.

The ORCA Method™

The ORCA Method™ makes the studio’s approach explicit: Observe, Reason, Craft and Assure. I translated that sequence into a visual system with large typography, restrained color, sculptural imagery and curved transitions. The method page explains the process; the About page connects the design to the studio’s human-centered purpose.
The ORCA Method™ turns Observe, Reason, Craft and Assure into a visual sequence, with a learning loop and a sculptural ribbon guiding the page.

Visual Identity

The gallery shows the studio’s public identity, method and design choices. Behind that presentation is the larger project featured here: a software studio and its agentic business infrastructure, designed and built under my direction.
The About page pairs a human-centered design statement with sculptural imagery, generous spacing and curved section transitions.
