Product Doesn’t Feel Intuitive “Our product doesn’t feel Usable… but we don’t know why.” When your app’s flow doesn’t match how users expect to complete a task, it feels frustrating dealing with edge cases, even if it's beautifully designed. Example from a recent project: I designed an emergency alert app for citizens in Congo, where literacy levels are varied and people are often under distress when using the app. That meant I couldn’t rely on complex language or traditional UI patterns.
I had to think beyond the screen and step into the mental state of someone in panic.
