Product Doesn’t Feel Intuitive

When your app’s flow doesn’t match how users expect to complete a task, it feels frustrating dealing with edge cases, even if it's beautifully designed.
Example from a recent project:
I designed an emergency alert app for citizens in Congo, where literacy levels are varied and people are often under distress when using the app.
That meant I couldn’t rely on complex language or traditional UI patterns.
