Title: Measurement of Organizational Health Index of Service Point at PT. PLN (Persero)

Description: Took my bachelor degree in Management Business at ITS, I wrote scientific writing of McKinsey’s Organizational Health Index (OHI) framework as my undergraduate thesis. The object of this research is one of area branches of PT PLN (Persero).

Client: 1️⃣ ITS - Indonesian public technological university located in Surabaya, East Java, with a strong emphasis on scientific, engineering, and vocational education system. 2️⃣ PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara/PLN (Persero)(EN: State Electricity Company) - Indonesian government-owned corporation which has a monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia and generates the majority of the country's electrical power.
