Step 1: Performance Evaluation and Assessment
We'll evaluate and assess the performance of your current social media By doing this, we'll know the impact of our social media marketing effort and we'll understand which area of your past strategy we should focus on.
Step 2: Profile Optimization
We'll revisit social media channels and improve profile optimization. We'll ensure that
social media profiles are consistent with your brand or website. By doing this, we'll improve your social media identity for better networking opportunities. It also encourages social media users outside your network to reach out
to you and find value in what you have to say.
Step 3: Survey
We will conduct a survey of your current audiences to better understand their pains, aspirations, and motivation and why they joined the group before. This will allow us to see the world through the eyes of your prospect. It will allow us to quantify exactly what "buckets" your prospect fall into. And it will give us the exact language your prospects use to describe their problems. Having this knowledge, we can craft more powerful social media posts that will resonate with your targets.
Step 4: Buyer Persona
Update We'll update the buyer persona with the new information gathered from the survey. This is important in our social media marketing campaign because it ensures that our
content plan and activities are tailored specifically to your target audience.
Step 5: Social Media Marketing Strategy
We will craft a new social media marketing strategy that identifies: purpose, goal, medium/channel, objectives, strategy, tactics, tools.I, metrics, KPIs, current stats, and target. This is the foundation of all our marketing efforts. This is our direction or "map" that will guide us where we want to go. By having a strategy, we can track our performance and moreover
Step 6: Content Plan
We will create a content plan based on buyer personas, competitor analysis, social media marketing strategy, and performance evaluation of the last 15 days' social media campaign. This is to ensure that the content for our social media campaign is aligned with our goals and based on audience needs.
Step 7 Content Creation and Systematic Scheduling
We need systematic scheduling to distribute content at different times and in slightly different ways that best meet the needs of your audience on each of your social media
platforms.
Step 8: Performance Evaluation and Final Recommendation
With all the metrics and performance we did a final call, and we will discuss the achievements, goals, and challenges. This call will highlight the challenges in 30 days and the suggested solution for the coming days.

The Action

Since this is for 30 days, we fast-track on week one by doing a call every single day. We discuss the plan and first we evaluated first the current metrics he has. His group is 700+ members and no engagement since he is not posting consistently on the group, also he is not engaging with other groups related to his target market.
We did optimize his profile and the group to establish his brand and to make sure that it is all recognizable. After that, we conducted surveys to the current members and to another group on which part of podcasting they need help. So with the result of the survey, more responded about the technicality of producing a podcast and some are confident about doing podcasts. So our content for 30 days revolves around the results of the survey
So I created 30 days of content for his social media with amazing graphics that fit the audience and valuable content captions to give value to the audience. Since the client is no budget for now on running ads, we constantly distribute our content to Facebook groups to attract more leads to enter the group. We also constantly engage with other posts and answer questions from the other group to build authority in the niche of podcasting.
So for 30 days of constantly doing the strategy plan, that's how we get 400+ leads within 30 days and the client loved it.
