Project description: Real Estate photo retouch for design exterior of the hangar and building.

So my client have a hangar and an office building next to it, the current building looks ordinary and no longer reflected to their value, they needed a new look prototype that convey professionalism, elegant and modern look.

I was tasked to retouch a photo of Real Estate through image editing. They want to change several things such as, paint the entire building, place the letter and mark logo, create a sail, café seat and fence also refine the concrete, asphalt and place a aircraft marks.

I prioritized the tasks involved, breaking it down from manageable to complex steps to improve my time management.

I then conceptualized a modern design for the hangar and building, It featured black modern architecture with light wood accents and a cozy semi-circular café seating area in front.

To achieve a realistic look, I implemented a dark grey color and image texture for the building's exterior and soffit. Refined the concrete and asphalt, also create several Aircraft mark on asphalt.

Using Adobe Photoshop and Blender 3D, I developed a final image with a modern hangar and building featuring dark grey and light wood accents, a stylish sail, inviting café seating, a new fence, clean concrete and asphalt also nice aircraft marks on the surface.

I completed the project approximately 10 hours and saved round 16.67% of my client’s time. I edited the final photo using color correction, exposure & white balance adjustment, removing healing unwanted spots while maintaining the overall composition and natural look of the image.

I then presented the edited image to the client for their feedback. Until, it was all the fake project from the real client’s brief.
