Skoleporten.no, a Data Portal for Norwegian Schools

Utdanningsdirektoratet can be compared to the Swedish Skolverket and is responsible for the development and education in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in Norway.

Skoleporten is Utdanningsdirektoratet's web service where schools, school owners, and others find relevant and reliable key figures for primary school education. This is done by presenting data in the form of tables, diagrams, and numbers for important indicators. Examples of such data are key figures for schools (number of students, teachers, etc.), results from national tests, and student surveys. In addition, Skoleporten offers several tools that can be used by schools in their work to improve quality.

The public part of Skoleporten was closed in July 2021.

Jonatan has worked with both back-end and front-end programming throughout the stack from file import, database & ORM management, implemented an API for news and information about school units to present this in Skoleporten's interface.
