A personal assistant that runs locally, handles day-to-day work, and can create specialized sub-agents.
## Current stack
- Harness: Hermes Agent
- Inference: Ollama on Windows CPU + 32 GB RAM. `qwen3:8b` Q4_K_M, 16K context, one child at a time.
- Surfaces: Desktop Hub + Terminal + Telegram + iPhone (Telegram in v1)
- Skills: researcher, coder, file-ops, agent-factory
