The main goal was to provide insights on the vaccination rollingout globally. The dashboard should include metrics that quantify the speed and the scale of the vaccination program, daily.

I decided to implement my idea in Tableau as it's one of the most popular and powerful data visualization software. After exploring several datasets, I decided to utilize the Our World in Data COVID Vaccination dataset, which is updated regularly and uses the most recent official numbers from governments and health ministries worldwide.

Key metrics displayed in the dashboard include:

Share of the population that has been partly or fully vaccinated

Vaccine doses administered daily

Boosters administered daily

GDP correlation with vaccination program performance
