Cloud Public IP Address Collection

The Cloud IP Address project is a public project to collect the available Public IP Address listing from the public cloud providers, e.g. Azure, AWS and others. The script collects the address ranges, deduplicates them, and merges the networks to provide the most concise listing of public addresses possible.

The need was to allow their customers to identify web traffic originating from cloud provider addresses with is often fraudulent. The listing needed to be as concise as possible to minimize processing time when identifying an address.
