In my former roles at Porsche AG at their HQ in Germany I managed global projects in the area of new mobility solutions (Porsche Drive program) as well as in SaaS rollout and implementation in global markets, linking proprietary ERPs.

Together with the team we managed the prioritization strategy, the roll-out and implementation at local dealers' at different locations worldwide. This was achieved by working closely both with our subsidiaries and the global team in Stuttgart.
