Health Caregivers Platform – UI/UX Design

Challenge Many caregivers face stress, isolation, and lack of access to reliable resources. The challenge was to design a platform that supports caregivers with community, guidance, and tools that make their journey lighter.

Solution I designed a responsive website that provides:

Community support – caregivers can connect and share experiences

Resource hub – easy access to guides, articles, and expert advice

Wellness tracking – simple tools for managing caregiving routines

Care coordination – features to organize schedules and reminders

Safe space – a design that feels warm, supportive, and trustworthy

Process I started with research and mapping the pain points caregivers face. Then I created wireframes, refined the user flows, and built a clean, empathetic interface focusing on usability and emotional connection.

Outcome The final design provides a welcoming platform where caregivers feel supported, informed, and less alone. It balances functionality with empathy, ensuring that the user experience truly serves those who give so much of themselves.
