Sparkfit is a mobile app developed specifically for busy people who are looking for quick, effective training plans that remove the guess work.
The Sparkfit app was developed in partnership with head trainer Adam Bracken. Adam specializes in athletic training and has worked with athletes in a variety of different sports and leagues such as NHL, CFL, NCAA, ECHL and AHL.
All of our custom workouts and fitness programs have been carefully designed by Adam. Whether you’re looking to lose weight or build lean muscle mass we have a program for you.
