Client: A non-ferrous foundry in Jamnagar, India with 30+ years of experience, exporting bronze, brass and copper castings to OEMs in 34+ countries.
The challenge: Engineers and procurement teams abroad couldn't quickly find the right part, alloy or process – and the old site didn't turn global visitors into quote requests.
Demo first: We built a working demo of the homepage and product structure before the client paid anything. Approved on the first review.
What we built
Premium editorial design with a real foundry video hero (pour → reveal → machine)
16 product families, 8 casting processes and 41 documented alloy grades, organised the way buyers search
Engineering tools for buyers: compare alloys side by side, international equivalents chart (UNS/EN/DIN/JIS), casting weight estimator, alloy × process matrix
Quote form in the hero + an Export Desk lead popup that routes enquiries to the right engineer
Multi-language site (7 languages) and 180+ SEO pages for global search
Quality & certification section (ISO 9001:2015, ASTM alloys) to build buyer trust
