Website Design & CRO for Detail Dubai to maximize inquiries.

Detail Dubai needed a website that felt as premium as the cars they work on.

They offer everything from detailing and polishing to ceramic coating, PPF, and premium car care across Dubai. The service was already high-end, but the website wasn’t communicating that same level of quality or trust.
So the goal was to build an experience that immediately answers the questions a car owner actually has.

No good designer jumps straight to design. So I didn't too. I started with competitive analysis and obviously, used AI in the workflow.

I saw how other premium car care brands were positioning themselves, what they were doing well, and where Detail Dubai could feel different.
Then I moved into visual research, collecting references for the kind of premium, clean, performance-led look the brand needed.
Once I had a clear direction, I took that research into Relume AI to quickly generate an initial wireframe and content structure. It gave me a fast starting point to react to, refine, and build on rather than starting from a blank canvas.

Relume helped me move faster, but I didn’t treat its output as the final answer.

I went through the structure section by section and reworked the communication based on what felt clearer, more persuasive, and more natural for the audience.
Then I turned that rough template into the actual design, adding my own visual judgment, hierarchy, and conversion thinking along the way.

Starting with the hero section having one job: Answer the biggest booking questions before the user even scrolls.

The service and location are clear immediately. The map shows exactly where they operate, the car brands and customer proof build trust, and the two CTAs give users an obvious next step.
From a conversion point of view, the goal was simple: remove doubt early and make booking feel effortless.

For a premium car care service, saying “we’re trusted” isn’t enough. The trust needed to feel visible, not claimed.

People want to see the quality for themselves before handing over an expensive car.
So I added sections like this throughout the page using before-and-after results, real customer feedback, and visible proof of the work.
The goal was simple: make trust tangible. When users can actually see the outcome and hear from real customers, the decision feels much less risky. This helps them move closer to booking.

At this point, my visitors know the offering, they've seen the result but they cannot just hand over their car to just any cleaner, right?

That's exactly why this section sits on the page. Premium car owners care about more than just the final shine. They want to know who’s handling the car, how experienced they are, and whether the process and products are actually premium.
So I added a section that brings those trust signals together: years of experience, trained specialists, premium detailing technology, and customer satisfaction.
