As OfferUp continues to evolve, our B2B sector has seen remarkable growth within the past year, expanding into four distinct verticals: OfferUp Motors, OfferUp Business, OfferUp Ads, and OfferUp Jobs. Although this showcases the platform's adaptability and reach, it also presented a unique challenge in maintaining consistent branding and communications across all B2B verticals.
I was tasked with the project to unify our messaging and redefine how we connect with our business customers, resulting in the creation of a B2B Style Guide. This guide aims to harmonize OfferUp's communication, ensuring consistency and impact, and setting a new standard in B2B branding that encompasses our brand's colors, logos, imagery, icons, and the very voice and tone we use to engage with our audience.
