This mascot was a collaboration between me and Dolphin, my co-founder at Lupian. I led the concept, illustration, and character design, then rigged the character before building the first version in Rive. Dolphin stepped in to refine and polish the animation from there. The result is a character that follows your cursor, responds to clicks, and holds attention with a smooth idle loop. It's a strong example of what a brand mascot can feel like when interaction is built in from the start, not added as an afterthought.
