CHALLENGE
Multi-vendor solutions for everyday order tracking
It’s difficult to keep tracking promotion details for any given order with multiple sign-off authorities and no agreed standard for approval. Manual processes are introduced and an audit trail becomes impossible to justify.
SOLUTION
A ‘single source of truth’ system
A ‘proof of concept’ system where information of all orders, clients, promotions and rebates can be stored, organised by the Account team responsible, regardless of geographic location.
