Anesh and the team at Route One approached us to redesign their site, Express Translate. Their goal was to boost conversion rates without increasing their monthly Google ad spend. We conducted a comprehensive competitor analysis and designed a new, optimized site focused on driving conversions. As a result, they saw a dramatic increase in performance, going from 30 leads per month with a $350 ad spend to 150 leads per month—5x their previous results.
Anesh and the team at Route One tasked us with redesigning their site, Express Translate, to boost conversion rates while maintaining their existing Google ad spend. We started by conducting an in-depth competitor analysis to understand the landscape and identify areas for improvement. From there, we completely revamped the site’s design, focusing on user experience, intuitive navigation, and clear calls to action that would guide potential clients through the conversion funnel. The goal was to make the site a high-conversion machine that would attract and retain more leads without increasing advertising costs.
Once the design was finalized, we optimized the site for speed and performance, ensuring that it would run seamlessly on all devices. By enhancing the user experience and refining the site’s layout, we successfully helped Express Translate 5x their lead generation—from 30 leads a month to 150, all while keeping the ad spend at $500. This redesign significantly improved their business performance, allowing them to capture more leads in a competitive market without extra marketing expenses.
