Proposed support workflow — draft assistance with human review. Concept diagram only.
Concept study by Morda Studio. This is a proposed support workflow and reference design, not a deployed product or a client success story. No implementation or measured results are claimed.
The challenge Support agents need relevant context from knowledge articles and previous interactions while keeping control over customer-facing answers.
The proposed solution A copilot would receive an incoming ticket, retrieve permitted knowledge, and generate a suggested reply with source references. The agent would review, edit, and decide whether to send it. Uncertain or unsupported answers would be routed for manual handling.
Design decisions • Keep human approval before sending replies. • Restrict retrieval to the user’s permitted sources. • Keep customer content separate from system instructions. • Test drafts against a small agreed set of representative questions.
Illustrative technology choices A C#/.NET integration service, a support-platform API, an approved knowledge source, and a model provider selected for the project. These are design options, not a list of tools already deployed.
A practical first milestone One support queue, one knowledge source, and a draft-only workflow. Acceptance criteria would cover source relevance, unsupported-question handling, and agent control.
What this concept demonstrates A practical approach to connecting AI to existing tools while keeping the support team responsible for the final response. The diagram illustrates the intended workflow; it is not a screenshot of running software.
