Add-on that is available in the previous app center can only be viewed by admins who are signed in on the multichannel. With the creation of a public catalog, users do not need to log in first as an admin to be able to see what applications are in the app center so it will be more discoverable by the users.

The problem with Qiscus App Center is with the marketing of the product itself, where users who access the App Center platform are not aware of the completeness of the integration in it. So with the creation of a public catalog, it is hoped that it can help product marketing and add support partners between businesses from outside Qiscus

This public catalog can increase awareness of many add-ons that can be integrated into Qiscus Multichannel.

This public catalog can keep our engagement with partners.

Increase the discoverable of an add-on, considering that previously it was only accessible by admins.

Monday Apps Marketplace

Monday marketplace has a public catalog that is used to find audience retention. In it there are several catalogs of add-ons that are used to explain the functional and technical integration. The insight that I got from Monday Marketplace is the composition of the information architect in it which is densely and neatly arranged so that it can be taken into consideration for compiling an information architect.

2. Freshdesk App Marketplace

Freshdesk has a catalog for details of each application it has. The reference obtained from the freshdesk marketplace is the detailed content of the application in it which has comprehensive detailed information so that users can view the information comprehensively and easily.

Together with the product manager, I as a designer held discussions to brainstorm information architecture as a reference for making designs into the Qiscus App Center Public Catalog. The method used is card sorting. From the card that has been made, each page will be monitored for data. The variables include incoming user traffic, click rate and user session journey to the contact us button as the final journey of the goal of making the Qiscus App Center Public Catalog.

Wireframing here is intended for making rough designs which will later be discussed with the team so that future feature decisions can be implemented into high fidelity designs.
