About Project & My Task
Responsibilities:
Designed the gameplay, core loop, game mechanics, and dynamics to enhance player engagement.
Created the user experience and level design to ensure smooth progression and retention.
Developed a cohesive design system, including UI and game controls.
Conducted market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Performed technical analysis to optimize performance and scalability.
Defined the game’s USPs (Unique Selling Points) and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to align with business goals.
Post-launch, the game gained over 2.2 billion tokens in circulation and 100k gamers in just 2 months, going viral and ranking among the top 3 Telegram mini apps. We grew our community to 500k+ members and recorded over 10 billion taps on the game.
