Designed and wrote a 7-email onboarding sequence in Kit (ConvertKit) for Menina de UX, a course helping women transition into UX design through building a portfolio case study. The flow welcomes students, walks them through their first challenge (a Figma ID Card), connects them to community and group mentoring, shares the class schedule and meeting access, and delivers a bonus Figma crash course to remove a common beginner blocker.
Results: 29.47% average open rate and 13.46% click rate across the sequence — notably higher than industry averages — with zero unsubscribes across 6 of the 7 emails.
Design used a warm coral-and-pink identity with friendly illustrations, keeping a supportive, community-driven tone that matched the course's positioning as a safe space for career changers.
