I designed and worked with a band out of Nashville, TN for their vinyl release. Hugh, my primary client, wanted the album to look retro and had a vision similar to the vertical oval vignette on a Nick Drake album cover. They sent me about 30 photos that were taken at a photoshoot and we decided on a couple that would fit our harvest color scheme. I took the photos into Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign and went from there. I started with the oval vignette and then began playing with lines and different strokes.
