Bridge Health is a telemedicine platform designed to help individuals access quality healthcare while living in or relocating to Portugal. The app connects patients with qualified medical professionals for online consultations, prescriptions, and in-person appointments, removing the stress of navigating an unfamiliar healthcare system.
