Prognetics is a sub-contractor company that delivers us developers through Team Augmentation model. Our goal is to grow from the ground up a development team working on our product.

The consultant quickly stepped in into our organization. Assessed the project and currently used methodologies within the company. He prepared a detailed backlog for tracking the progress in the work being done and broke down feature ideas into smaller tasks. We have been able to deliver a single large feature, and started the work on another one. The main technologies used on the project are Microsoft's .NET MVC, JavaScript, SQL Server and Internet Information Services (IIS).
