Estenda is a U.S.-based technology company that builds custom software, AI, and machine learning solutions for the MedTech and life sciences industries. With 20+ years of experience, they partner with healthcare providers, researchers, and device companies to deliver secure, scalable tools that drive better health outcomes, clinical efficiency, and research innovation.

Estenda needed a modern, scalable website to reflect its leadership in healthcare tech and AI-driven solutions. Their team wanted to position the brand as approachable yet authoritative, and faced several content and technical challenges:

Clarifying complex technical messaging for a non-technical audience

Enabling easy publishing of blogs, case studies, podcasts, and service pages via CMS

Designing for diverse stakeholders: healthcare, government, and tech sectors

Communicating innovation without compromising credibility or regulatory trust

Establishing a cohesive design system that could scale with future growth

As a two-person design studio, we led the full UX/UI process—from early strategy to final Framer build. Our goal was to create a content-first, modular system that empowers Estenda’s internal team while positioning the company as a leader in AI for healthcare.

What we did:

Restructured the entire site architecture and navigation to support growing content areas

Built multiple custom CMS systems (solutions, case studies, blogs, podcasts) to allow independent scaling

Developed clear user flows guiding visitors toward consultation or contact

Designed a flexible "Solutions" framework to showcase AI/ML, Digital Health, and other core services

Created a clean, modern visual identity using diagrams instead of custom icons, soft professional tones, and approachable typography

Integrated SEO best practices and scalable components for long-term flexibility

We delivered a fully responsive website (desktop, tablet, and mobile) that’s visually cohesive, strategically structured, and built to scale. The site is now a central hub for Estenda’s growing content and a powerful tool for lead generation and storytelling.
