Malaysia's first and most reliable roadside automotive assistance & car battery delivery.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Carput app helps drivers get roadside assistance services such as battery delivery & installation service, jumpstart, flat tyre change, emergency petrol delivery as well as towing service. Unlike the average workshop, we leverage on both technology and the human touch to be quick. It was designed for users to get more reliable, transparent and quicker assistance when their car breaks down.
KEY CONSIDERATIONS
1. Who should be alerted?
2. What information should be sent and how?
3. What other services/features might be valuable to add?
4. How would you measure the success of this solution?
REQUIREMENTS
1. Provide great functionality that helps users to get help quicker when their car breaks down.
2. Being able to see how far the emergency services are away from you and seeing how long (time) it will take them to reach you.
3. Enabling a Live Chat into the App if the user wants to have a quick chat with a human for assistance, but doesn't need emergency services sent out to them.
4. Mobile and web app.
CORE VALUE PROPOSITION AND SOLUTION
1. Cars are unpredictable. No matter the make or type of vehicle you have, the chance that your vehicle will break down at the least convenient time is probable.
2. One has to be prepared for these frustrating breakdown situations and many of us know that waiting hours for any emergency roadside assistance service providers to arrive and tow our vehicle away is inconvenient as well as potentially dangerous.
3. 24-hour emergency roadside program provides towing, a jump start, petrol delivery, a flat tire change and more Roadside Assistance service is easy to use and we will even confirm your location and send emergency services if you're in any danger.
4. In many cases, you'll just sign and drive. No payment is required.
